Alessa made her Broadway debut on the heels of her college graduation from the internationally renowned University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music. Over the next fifteen years her career flourished. From being directed by film icon, Julie Andrews to starring in Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella on Broadway, Alessa had made it to the top.

However, as an introvert who didn’t naturally gravitate to the spotlight, Alessa had to develop a system early on to reprogram her mindset so she could consistently and confidently communicate whether it be in front of thousands on stage or a one-on-one interview. The valuable tools she developed to overcome her own fear-based mindset changed her life, and Alessa felt her calling shift to teach these techniques to others.

COMMUNICATION COACHING

She went on to serve as the Executive Mindset & Presentation Coach at an executive career coaching firm for over five years before starting her own business, focused on Presentation Coaching as well as the intricate and individualized mindset work that allows for effective communication and connection. Whether it be a high-stakes presentation, the desire to deepen existing relationships or foster new connections, Alessa’s clients are given the tools necessary to succeed at unlocking their own authenticity, and thus gaining the confidence necessary to thrive personally and professionally.
